FISH AND SEAFOOD
Cod> White woody green or red (Portugal)
Squid-> Sauvignon Blanc (and other dry whites)
Trout-> White light dry
Fish light-> light dry whites
Fish with cream-> medium or full-bodied dry whites (Chardonnay New World)
Sushi/sashimi-> Champagne brut
