Pinot blanc.
Aspect of the plant: bunches of medium to small, sometimes winged, sometimes tapered, small fruits, spherical, firm,
skin tough and high tannin content.
Wine produced: clearly floral bouquet, taste peculiar, well balanced, full of finesse.
